This program is designed to enhance students’ understanding of the duties of an entry level customer service representative preparing them to work in the customer service department of a company. Graduates of this program will know how to deliver excellent customer support. Graduates will know how to become better listeners and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Graduates will also be able to handle difficult situations and understand the impact that technology has on the customer service industry. They will also be able to implement ways to minimize stress and avoid burnout therefore maximizing peak job performance.
